Essentially this means that if you ever find a problem with your software that is due to an error by us, then we will fix it free of charge.

 

Annual support contracts can be purchased to extend these services if desired which include:

 

  • Telephone support
  • Dedicated email support
  • Remote access support (allows us to securely and remotely control your PC from our office, enabling us to see the problem in real-time thus providing a very efficient method of resolving issues
  • Dealing with end-user queries
  • Fixing issues caused by user error

 

To ensure that a support contract meets your particular needs exactly, we agree a bespoke Service Level Agreement for each project and client. This also ensures that you only pay for the level of support that you actually require. Typical costs for an annual support contract are in the region of 8% – 15% of the project cost.

 

Our aim is to build lasting business relationships with our clients and to help them get the most from their new software, so we also offer a flexible approach to requests for minor modifications to the functionality of a supplied system for clients who have purchased a support contract, and as always we are happy to provide further details regarding this service.
